website BrDavCloth.com. We are committed to providing
high-quality products that highlight your individuality and taste. This Policy
complies with applicable laws of the United States.
1. Payment Terms
- Products and Services: We offer custom clothing and accessories
designed to reflect your personal style.
- Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other electronic
payment options as displayed at checkout.
- Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed once full payment is
received. Custom products are made-to-order and production begins only after
payment confirmation.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and include applicable
taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Refund and Return Policy
- Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of our
products, all sales are final and non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged
or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or
defective item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at navyshaffer@brdavcloth.com or
call (203) 453-6378 with photos and a
description. We will evaluate the claim and may offer a replacement, repair, or
refund at our discretion.
- Return Process: Approved returns must be shipped back in
original condition and packaging within 14 calendar days. Customers are
responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled within 24
hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are
not accepted.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship throughout the United States. Shipping times vary depending on product
and location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen
circumstances.
